My experience was very pleasant. The staff was very professional and proficient. My first visit with Dr. Ibey was very good. She had a pleasing bedside manner and was somewhat knowledgeable about my issues, based on information I had sent to her from a previous test result, from another physician. She went over this report with me and we were able to determine when my next visit will take place. I am very appreciative of my former primary physician for referring her to me.

I felt the reception/check staff, along with the medical assistant did a great job expeditiously. Dr. Ibay provided excellent service. Her disposition is empathetic, she listed carefully to what I had to say, gave me positive feedback and referrals. I walked out Virtua that day thinking how well I was treated from start to finish! I also appreciated that the waiting area was not over crowded. Also the lab technician was good as well.

I will like to thank Dr. Ibay and her staff for the lovely and professional care they always have giving us. Dr. Ibay is a great doctor and take good care of her patient.
