Dr. Anne Chandsawang, DO

Went in for post partum depression and also toenail fungus.. she said the nail should be the least of your concerns. Yet, I have a history of pre diabetes and gestational diabetes and toenail is starting to get purple. She said nothing over the counter will help or prescribed medication....only home remedies using bleach and apple cider will work. She said I'm giving you only 1 week off of work after my c-section. Work I can't extend your time off because I don't want to get audited. Basically my postpartum Depression stemming from being told I was going to have a still birth child birth trauma and emergency c section was a moot point. I'm in therapy I was crying and that was not enough. She said youre feeling this way because youre hormonal. And gave me tissue to wipe my tears (wow thank you).... she extended my time off by 1 week and got the dates wrong.

She does not care at all, she is not genuine and lacks all empathy. She has failed to order proper testing potentially putting the lives of patients at risk and is not punctual. She consistently denies referrals to patients even patients who request dermatology for potential skin issues.

She will be looking at her watch most of the visit. In addition I got covid and emailed her I did not get a response for 3 days so emailed her again and her team emailed me back finally with a cut and paste message that did not answer my questions. Then today, 6 days later, they emailed me again saying I needed to do more steps to report my covid. Ridiculous and so unprofessional. I want to switch primary care physicians.

Not responsible, not professional and incompetent doctor. It takes long time to have an appointment. Send you to nurse practitioner for a special disease and ask you to take over-counter medicine for treatment.

She has been my primary physician for 10 years. Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly snd prompt. I never feel rushed with her. My wife loves her as well as another friend who is her patient.

I could not be happier to have her as my PCP. I’ve generally avoided medical care in the past since I’ve never been able to find a physician that seems to care and listen. I’ve finally found my doctor!! She’s engaging, patient, and genuinely seems to care about my wellbeing. It’s so hard to pick a doctor based on their profile and a short paragraph. I just told KP to pick one for me and I truly hit the jackpot!

She is a very kind and understanding Physician. Dr. Chandsawang is extremely caring and always wants to do what is in the patients best interest. In other words, put's patients first, which I can't say about most family and primary care Physicians I encounter in general. Very pleased with my visit. Thank you Doctor C. I think KP Orange County is terrific. I can get an appointment last minute by calling the appointment phone # and with at least someone! It won't be my PCP, but I can I see a MD or DO, instead of a PA or NP. They have urgent care as well (Call and try to get an appointment before going in there and waiting forever - I almost always get one, even on weekends during some extended hours they have.), and of course they have ER locations. They have many non urgent care and ER locations around OC to keep you covered without having to go too far. Thank you KP!

Very caring and willing to go the extra mile to research or answer any question(s) you may have. One of the most patient and caring Doctor's I've ever seen. I have never felt rushed unlike many other Doctors. She is empathetic and does not have an ego like many other Doctors. Additionally, she is very nice and leaves you feeling good.

She has been our Dr for last 5 years. She’s wonderful. Listens and spends time with patient.

Stay far away. Incompetent doctor. Does not do anything to help with your health issues, does not give good advice, you are better off on the internet with WebMD.
