I have had excellent care with her. I find her compassionate and knowledgeable. She has followed through with any referrals or lab work I need done

Love Dr. Collum
Dr. Collum listens and cares - and she follows through. I don't think I've ever trusted a doctor as much as I do her. Her diagnosis has been spot on with every ailment I've encountered and she makes certain I receive the proper treatment whether through her or through a recommended specialist. I've been seeing her now for 5 years and hope to be her patient for the rest of my life. I'm 73.

Worst provider I've had. She has failed in my care
She does not take accountability fo4 what she does wrong. She doesn't do her job but instead sends you to any other provider instead of figuring our how to properly care for her patients. Samaritan is trying to hide my utter dismay and tells me that they're team will contact me in regards to my wanting to report her for her utter lack of care. She treats you as if you are just another number on a file instead of a living breathing patient with actual needs.

One of Samaritan’s Finest
I have been with Dr Collum for several years now. I was impressed from the first appointment. She is both kind and thorough. My case is complex with out of the ordinary diagnosis at times. She always gets to the bottom of it and is not to proud to refer if need be. I was shocked to see the not so good reviews. I have recommended Dr Collum to family and friends. Her best traits are her kindness and warm smile. She is wise and knowledgeable. These traits come only from experience. Her office staff and nurses are some of the best I’ve encountered. Ive never dealt with any of them i did not like. That is why I have never been sorry. If you are still wondering watch her interviews on the Samaritan site.

3 years wasted, could have been helped sooner
Horrible. Lied to me, literally. Blames pharmacy, blames office, run around. An effort to deal with her. While she seems compassionate, if she doesn't agree with how you want to handle your health, you're done there.
