Knowledgeable doctor, looooong appointment
Dr Parker is fantastic— very direct, very knowledgeable, very willing to discuss patient situation and provide patient education. However the wait time during the appointments are always extremely long, more than I’ve experienced at any optometrist, ophthalmologist, or doctor of any kind. They do warn you at check in but it’s still a pain. Last visit I waited more than 60 minutes for the doctor on top of the 20ish minutes for the standard tests performed by the assistant. Total visit was more than 2 hours. It’s challenging to take that much time out of the work day for a doctor visit plus travel time to get there. So plan accordingly. Other than that, the doctor and staff are wonderful and quality professionals. I appreciate them and the medical services I receive.
