Not good. I had three surgeries for melanoma of the eye. she said I would need a series of four shots in order for her to preform reconstructed surgery, then she said I needed four more and to make this short I left her office at my 16th visit refusing more shots. I was referred to Dr. Carter at UofL and after waiting a few months for an appointment, he repaired my eyelid wo any further shots. Dr. Rowland should have been upfront if she could not help me with the reconstruction. It was a very painful experience and I would not recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr. sends SPAM emails
I live in Florida and I just received a SPAM email from Dr. Rowland encouraging me to become her patient. Why would a legitimate doctor need to send SPAM emails and why send one to Florida when your office is in Kentucky?

About Me

care philosophy

What I hope most that my patients feel when they leave my office is that they were listened to, that all of their questions were answered, and that I was able to guide them through the treatment process. My goal is to make them look the way that they feel; not to transform them into a different person.
