Dr. Annie Chiu, MD

In line with other reviews, this doctor doesn't seem to care about her patients, but the money. The office's billing practices appear unethical and they attempt to use circular answers when inquiring about price. There is always a long wait as well since the dr. doesn't appear to be concerned about her patient's time or well being. The office staff projects the same ambivalent, rude and unprofessional behavior. This is unacceptable for a Dr.'s office and I have never seen such extreme lack of professionalism in this area before.

Have visited Dr Chiu a couple of times, will be going back. I am a Registered Nurse so I understand what excellent care and attention looks like

Bad doctor. My father died of skin cancer and she wasn't interested in doing a skin exam.

Dr. Annie Chiu is Ah-Mazing!!! I drive 2 hours to see her because she is so good. She is genuine and cares about you as a patient; excellent bedside manner. I always leave feeling better and confident that we have a plan to get the results I'm looking for. I highly recommend her. The best I've ever met. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Smart, kind and caring- I will definitely be back. Dr. Chiu made me feel comfortable about my eczema, gave me great tips and explained the condition. Additionally, there was a lot of great information there on peels, fillers and toxins. I haven't taken the cosmetic plunge yet, but when I do, I want her to do my treatments!

I wish I could give 0 stars as this was the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. Dr. Chiu was rude and condescending, and I left her office in tears after a standard cancer screening because of the way she treated me. All she cares about is money. Her receptionists told me they accept LabCorp prior to my appointment and then Dr. Chiu refused to send my labs there (prob because she makes more $$$ from her own lab). Hopefully this review saves someone else from an experience like mine.

I would not recommend Dr. Chiu. She was very nice at first, but then made my skin worse! I already paid over $500 in cash and at the end of one of the visits, which I came back for because I was not happy about the results, she said it would be no charge and even wrote N/C at the bottom of the invoice and later charged my insurance and denied ever saying that. Unfortunately, I did not get a copy of the invoice before I left.
