Dr. Annie Fontaine, MD

Either she doesn’t know what she is doing and just has a degree or she doesn’t really care. I’ve unfortunately had her 2 times now at the urgent care. And each time she appears clueless. She will ask questions and do things to seem like she is checking you but patient care is not there. She needs to keep going back to school and take some more CEUs on patient care and cultural competency with working with a diverse population. She has not given a clear diagnosis for me each time. Even with lab tests I feel she doesn’t utilize that. My after visit summaries are judgemental and she writes so horribly not at a professional level just because she has medical jargon doesn’t mean it’s professionally written.

I met Dr. Fontaine at urgent care in Burnsville Minnesota. She was absolutely excellent. She has an extremely pleasant personality and is easy to talk to. I only wish that she was available at the St. Louis Park clinic so that I could use her as my general practitioner.
