Dr. Annie Liau is nice enough, but when I (post menopausal) went in with vaginal spotting and a concern for cancer, she had an ultrasound done, said there was only "a 1% chance I had cancer" and didn't want to do a biopsy, so sent me away. I returned 8 months later, still spotting, of course. This time she did a simple biopsy on the spot at MIT, and later in the day I received a phone message that I was to report to Dana Farber the next working day. She was AWFUL! I now have a second cancer. Why toss away the "1%" when a biopsy is so cheap and so easy. Don't trust her a second!!

Dr. Liau was my obstetrician during two pregnancies and she delivered both babies. She's a smart doctor who offers excellent, individualized care. She's calm and reassuring under pressure. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
