Throrough and smart
I am so grateful for Dr. Yang. I have a complicated history and Dr. Yang is the only one to have made connections and a diagnosis that made sense after years of suffering. She took a full history and was very thorough. Dr. Yang may not be a warm fuzzy but she is very smart and I trust her 100%.

Utterly dismissive and disinterested
Attempted to use a note from a visit with another rheumatologist from 7 years ago to immediately. dismiss my recent concerns. Tried to tell that my symptoms did not connect to any autoimmune issue before I even disclosed them. Seemed disinterested in gathering information to make a thorough diagnosis. Possibly limited in knowledge to one very specific area and when she does that find support for that diagnosis, game over.

Avoid this doctor at all costs.
The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t take the time to listen to me as a patient. Whenever I asked a question, she expected a quick and brief response, showing impatience and little regard for my concerns. She was busy with typing, hardly making eye contact. Her decisions were made hastily. My experience with this doctor was awful, the worst I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. I strongly advise against choosing her.

Dismissive and Not Informed
Telehealth
My visit started with no eye contact and her asking me what was wrong. I would begin talking and she would tell me to stop to type and then tell me to go on, and then stop again while she typed. I have so much testing and blood work that led to this referral. She stated she had no information on me and kept stating I didnt have tests done, until I said I did and then she acknowledged seeing it. She did not bother to review history or chart. She barely looked at me and then quickly determined I did not have an autoimmune issue because I didn't have yellow skin or swollen joints despite a laundry list of indicative symptoms. I began crying and she opened the door and told me how yo check out. When I tried to explain the symptoms she would interrupt me to tell me that it wasn't autoimmune and that my other doctors need to do a work up they have, multiple times over many years. She said I don't understand why you are here and it isn't fair that doctors assumed this was the answer.

Awful, awful “doctor”
I don’t know how she’s licensed. Truly the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. The other reviews are correct. Does not even introduce herself upon meeting you. Arrogant, dismissive, and overall rude. Will not listen to anything you say. Not only did she ask me the same questions 3x, but she looked visibly annoyed with me and miserable. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this doctor at all costs. Waste of time and money.

Blatant Disregard for Patient
I came into this appointment already so anxious that I had only slept one hour. I had four pages of my own notes so that I did not forget anything that has transpired over the past 3-4 years of my life. I made sure I had my ducks in a row. She walked into the room with a very cold demeanor and said 'What are you here for?' in a quite offensive tone. From that point it was downhill for the next 40-45 minutes of her asking me the same questions repeatedly and me answering the same thing 3-6 times before she actually heard me. Her active listening to my concerns for MY own health were non-existent. She was extremely rough slamming her stethoscope into my back so hard it actually ached. I have NEVER had this awful of an experience with someone in the medical field and I would STRONGLY recommend you seek a Doctor elsewhere, because this is a Rheumatologist who does not actively listen to her patients. She made it clear repeatedly she read my chart the night before and had her mind made up.

10/10 do not recommend
She is arrogant, dismissive, short, rude, and unprofessional. If you ask questions, she gets offended and defensive. She indirectly called us stupid by saying we don't understand (which is why we were asking questions) and even rolled her eyes several times as we asked questions. If you can find another doc, then I highly recommend avoiding her. No bedside manner at all.
