I looked for quite a while to find a doctor that had the experience and knowledge to make me feel confident in his care. My daughter recommended Dr. Abrantes. I must say that I was not disappointed! I had a total hysterectomy and ovarian tumor removal. At first I was very hesitant and frightened about the procedure however, Dr. Abrantes took the time to explain in great detail the procedure and what to expect . His staff was very compassionate and genuine. Dr. Abrantas spoke to my family after the surgery and explained what had occurred and he was caring. My recovery has been swift and I must say that just knowing that I was in good hands makes ALL the difference in my peace of mind and recovery process!!! Dr. Abrantes is a seasoned professional that has made a difference in my life. Thank you Sir for all you do??

He asked inappropriate sexual questions. He refused to write a needed referral. He needs to be reported, and ventured for his conduct. I’ll be contacted the board and a lawyer.

I have been seeing Dr Abrantes since Jan 2018 because my husband and I were struggling to get pregnant. We worked with him over the year and the 3 of us decided it was time for us to see a specialist. His office wasted NO TIME getting the referral sent over and sure enough, we were able to get pregnant in June 2020! When I called to tell them the great news Kayla (nurse on duty) and the rest of the staff joined us in our excitement. We are now 33 weeks pregnant and have been going through this journey with Dr Abrantes and his office and I wouldn't want it any other way. He is very down to earth, and willing to listen to me. He hears my concerns (not just the crazy first time mom ones) and he takes the time to make sure I understand the answer. Not to mention, my husband has been able to join us at ANY appointment he wishes to attend, even through the crazy world known as Covid-19. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
