Dr. Alferi did a great job on my legs they felt heavy and lazy all the time tried new shoes and work boots nothing seem to work after the procedure which was three simple 15 minute procedures my legs are back.

The staff were fantastic, they let you know what they are doing, and let you know that they know what they're doing. BUT, I have never had an appointment that started on time. Several times, it was over 30 minutes before I was even brought into the back into a treatment room, and then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for the doctor and staff to show up. That's over 45 minutes past my appointment time. And these were morning appointments. Ironically, there is a sign in the Receptionist window that states that patients who arrive over 15 minutes late must reschedule.

Dr. Alfieri and his staff are amazing! He treated me for pain in my right leg due to abnormal circulation. After receiving venaseal treatment, my leg feels great, and I no longer suffer from pain after long days on my feet. He also treated me for varicose veins and answered all of my questions, which helped address my doubts and hesitation. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Alfieri and his team were very attentive with addressing my vein condition. They provided excellent care and I am extremely happy with the results. I will absolutely be back for other treatments.

I have battled leg cramps, heaviness and tingling for a while after my pregnancy. After visiting the office and getting recommended treatment I decided to go ahead with having vena seal procedure on both of my legs. I’m very happy with the results. Procedure was quick and so was recovery. I barely had any bruising and was pain free within a week. I would highly recommend Dr. Alfieri for those seeking similar treatment to correctly identify the cause for discomfort and proper treatment.

Dr Alfieri is thorugh in his assessment. He is caring and explains the condition and procedures. He and his staff are friendly, caring and make the patient feel comfortable. The results of the procedure are excellent and have made a difference in my life.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Alfieri for veins in my legs due to thinning skin and aging. My first call was met with enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness! My first appointment was less than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Then, I met with the Ultrasound Tech & her assistant. Both couldn't be nicer! At my 2nd appt, Dr. Alfieri went over my Ultrasound results. For anyone needing someone to diagnose their vein issues, schedule with Dr. Alfieri! He is so personable and knowledgeable! He gave me hope for the first time in 8 years dealing with the veins in my legs! He treated me with Sclerotherapy, and although I had mild bruising and a little inflammation, I can honestly say a day later I see AMAZING improvement! I can't wait to wear shorts this summer! I will go back for a second treatment before April for veins on my opposite leg. I am so pleased with this entire practice. Everyone is GREAT!

My procedure went well. My complaint is about scheduling my procedures without my knowledge. They had scheduled 2 other procedures that I did not know that I had scheduled until I received a phone call saying that I could move the date earlier. Also, the day of my procedure I went to pay my copay and the receptionist stated that I had a credit on my account. A month later, I get my bill for my procedure with the copay. I called the office explained the issue. The lady that answered was rude and argued with me when I did pay my copays which I was looking at my banking account of the transactions, she says I will let the doctor know you won't be paying for your procedure. Which I stated to her that I wasn't paying the copay because they stated I had a credit on my account. Then she goes on to tell me that we just don't give out credits and hung up on me. I asked several times to speak with a manager. She would not put anyone else on the phone. I have cancelled the rest of my procedures.

Dr. Alfieri and his team were professional, didn't make me wait at anytime, and quickly resolved my lower leg pain, swelling, and appearance. These days it's rare when everything goes exactly according to plan, but that's exactly what happened with my treatment at the Delaware Advanced Vein Center. I highly recommend Dr. Alfieri and his team to anyone experiencing vein related health problems. If you want a quick diagnosis followed by focused and effective treatment then Dr. Fieri should be your next stop.

I recently had a vein procedure performed by Dr. Alfieri. He was professional, informative, & caring. He took the time to answer all of my endless questions & even after my procedure, he followed up with me. Thanks to the procedure he performed, I no longer have the constant throbbing pain in my leg. His staff is exceptional. Rob went above & beyond when working with my HMO to make sure my visits were approved & covered & Gabby, Dr. Alfieri’s assistant, was also very professional & caring.
