I'm grateful and so thankful that I was able to get in to see these specialists in a very reasonable amount of time. The other place I tried was quite the opposite, so I am very thankful for Swedish having these specialists and having availability so quickly.

Appreciate that we learned there was nothing sinister going on. More detailed visit summary and recommendations would have been helpful, explanation of causes.

I appreciated the fact that the Dr listened to our concerns, and helped us weigh risks for our next step in treatment. He was patient, thoroughly explained the possible diagnosis, indicated he would review the case with peers and called us back the day he did so with the feedback from his peers.

Medical assistant was amazing, kind, good listener. Doctor seened bored or half asleep. Did not direct questions to my 12 year old child, only spoke to the parent. Doctor seemed very disinterested. Will not recommend.

Doctor's bedside manner was lacking. He did not engage with my daughter or myself outside of running through a list of questions while looking at his clipboard.

Not a bad experience, but not very engaging as a pediatric neurologist in terms of personality and enthusiasm with children.

I have never felt so dismissed by a medical provider trying to get help for my child. This man has no business working in the medical field, especially with children. He was rude from the moment he walked in the door with us and at one point when I pushed back some on him just giving us another list of providers to call he said "Listen Lady" to me. He was yawning through our appointment like we were boring him and had decided that he wasn't helping us in the first 5 minutes. Look, maybe he couldn't help us, maybe this was the wrong path - but it took months of trying to get here - and he could have at least been sympathetic to a very tired, overwhelmed and frustrated parent just trying to help her kid. I left in tear and he walked out of the waiting room without even saying good-bye leaving us to just assume the appointment was done. We had to walk by his office to leave and he didn't even bother looking up from his desk as we walked by.

Horrible bedside manner. No patience for special needs kids nor even the knowledge in the realm of autistic children and how different one can be from another.

Saw Dr. Bouldin for help post-concussion. He said nothing of value. He had no bedside manner. Did very little in way of an exam. Complete waste of time and money.

Dr. Bouldin sees my school-age child for ADHD medication management. He is knowledgeable and friendly, especially considering that he is a neurologist. Dr. Boudin listens to our concerns well, and makes adjustments as needed. His office staff and assistants are all nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Bouldin.

Dr. Bouldin and his staff all seemed very detached. He was knowledgeable, but didn't comfort us much and almost talked in a whisper. They seemed to quickly dismiss my son's issue and act as if they had no real investment in him or further treatment. They told me that it would take a minimum of 2 weeks to even get a call to schedule an MRI for my young son (waiting any additional days is agonizing for a parent in this situation) and seemed to think this was acceptable. We will not be returning.
