I have gone to Dr. Campo for 20 years and my family members as well. I have had some “normal” kinds of skin issues and some serious issues as well. I must say that he is very thorough during exams. I appreciate this as that is the whole reason I go to him! If I didn’t want my skin checked, I wouldn’t go to a dermatologist! The most important reason why I go to him and not another doctor is he is one of the best diagnosticians that I have ever worked with. My insurance switched for a while and I had to switch to a different doctor. That Dr. burned things off of me left and right. Some of these things Dr. Campo had already looked at and said were OK. It turns out he was right. When the biopsies came back all of then ok! As soon as I could I went back to Dr. Campbell. My daughter had severe problems with her floor getting infected and it was horrible! He was able to get that cleared up and under control within a month. I would highly recommend him To any friends and family that I know!

Dr Campo does not mess around or take things lightly. He is aggressive in his treatment and especially in dermatology where it’s easy to not diagnose you want a doctor that does not mess around

I am a 22 year old fair-skinned female with a history of mild acne. When Dr. Campo did a skin cancer check, he examined me EVERYWHERE (including rectum and vagina) without any gloves. I went months later for an irritated pimple that wouldn't go away. I was seeking an cortisone injection or ointment. Instead, he did a biopsy of the PIMPLE, claiming it could be cancer. He didn't even tell me me what he was doing until afterwards. He then wanted to give me stitches. No medication--still won't heal

An elderly lady who is near the end of her life is being treated continually for cancerous and pre cancerous growths . He doesnt stop! Let the woman have peace . She is scared and keeps going back when he should just let her live out her last days without pain and suffering. I would never recommend anyone go to this dr. Years ago, another friend of mine had a tattoo removed and he hacked her up badly.

Dr. Campo is a good dermatologist, but his primary motivation seems to be to perform as many treatments as possible, as many times a year as possible. I first went there for one concern, which was handled well, but then he treated me for twenty additional precancerous growths. Then he scheduled me for another exam in four months and lo and behold, he found another 20 or so precancerous growths. This went on for two years. He is milking the system at government and insurers expense.
