Expect to hold your bladder
No bathroom accessible to handicapped unless you can make it up to the third floor. No running water. Gross water bottle is the only water available in the chair. It looks a few years old. Got accused of not making appointment. I did make appointment because I lived 1.5 hours away The actual patient area was never cleaned between patients and receptionist is kinda snooty.

Best you could ask for
It is simple, this place is the best and has the utmost respect. The feel sometimes is they are in a rush, however, you do get top-shelf results! I had a full set of dentures made there and I was a young guy who was in an auto accident and lost a bunch of teeth, the ones I got looked just as good and honestly better than my real ones, and no one knows they are not mine please go to these people you will not be sorry
