Dr. DeFranzo is an amazing surgeon. In 2017 I underwent partial face lift and neck lift at Dr. DeFranzo's office at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He created a natural look that makes me look rested, not stretched. Later that year he performed an upper eyelid lift that was paid for by Medicare because flaps of sagging skin were interfering with my vision. He and his assistants are delightful people who are supportive and friendly. I could not have had a more positive experience.

He's done numerous facial cancer surgeries on me and one thumb surgery. Very wonderful, to-the-point, but concise and caring man. Oh did I mention he is an A+ plastic surgeon.! I can always depend on him even if just answering a simple question from him. I love that man!

Biopsied eyelid growth, yrs. after had lower facelift, eye bleph, very pleased. Year later, basal skin cancer biopsy near eye, he closed after moze surgeon removed, and it is great job. He's highly skilled, expert, compassionate, caring, and I trust him totally.. Great results for all procedures. Top notch, experienced surgeon. I had no problems and he is honest about results to expect, and thorough.
