If I could give 0 stars I would!
I saw Anthony Fama on two occasions, one for tinnitus and another for ear drainage issues. With the tinnitus he said there was nothing that I could do about it and I should not have gone back! I was already a patient and had what I consider to be an emergency situation and got an appointment because it was the only option. I went in and he came in on a Friday afternoon and it was very apparent to me that the only thing he wanted to do was to leave. As a ent doctor practicing nearly 20 years I would think that he would at least give me some things that I could do to help my ear problem which has caused me to miss work. He was in the office about three minutes and said there was nothing that he could do. He did not care one bit about my concerns and did not even bother to listen to any of my questions! What an absolute waste of my time! He ran out of the office and had a receptionist come back in to try to schedule with another doctor that may have some answers. What a disgrace

Very kind
Had a semi emergency come up. I was able to get in and see him, he got me into surgery the following week. His staff was awesome and he had a wonderful bedside manner. He is all business, but he got me in and so far the surgery went well. I highly recommend him.

I went into Dr. Fama and told him about the chronic pain I had in my sinuses. His first comment to me was " I am not here to treat your pain." When he begrudgingly ordered a CT scan, there was a major issue that needed to be operated on. While he did fix the immediate problem, I sought treatment elsewhere when other problems arose (none of which were his fault, he did do an excellent job on fixing the problem), because every time I saw him, I only thought of his first comment and it made me feel like I was just wasting his time.

He was very compassionate and answered all my questions. I had some bleeding in his office and he was very patient in getting it stopped prior to leaving office. Surgery went well, no complications

Dr. Fama has been my sons ENT specialist since he was 5. He is patient and gentle with children, and especially reassuring when it came time for tubes and adnoids to be addressed. The office is quite busy but worth the wait for quality care and a gentle bedside manner.

Our 7mnth had a suspected ear infection over the weekend (high temp's, ear tugging). We were able to get an app't for Monday. (As a new patient we had to fill in 3 pages of paperwork). We were 10 mins late for filing the paperwork and rudely told to re-schedule. After some insistence we see a doctor our original app't was honored but we had to wait 40 mins in the waiting room and then a further 45 mins in the office. Mr. Fama eventually came, but had a rather curt attitude the whole time.
