I saw Dr Flood for over a year for seborrheas dermatitis and was pleased with service. But recently I received notification from my pharmacy that he had rejected a request to refill prescription for shampoo. Shampoo! I’ve had over a dozen refills in the past with no problem. And I had just seen him a few weeks earlier! I find it extremely unprofessional for him not to bother to contact me to tell me that he was going to reject it this time and WHY! No call, email or text! So I will be seeking out a new dermatologist going forward.
