Dr. Anthony Foley, MD

If you would like to be inaccurately pinned as a histrionic, drug-seeking patient due to a hospital mistake, then this is the surgeon for you. He may be a good surgeon, I have no idea, I never received any treatment from this man. After my amazing surgeon left Metro Surgical this doctor rounded on me a total of one time. At that time the hospital made a calculation error which was eventually corrected by the nurse responsible. However, this doctor made assumptions based on that mistake and stated several disparaging, and absolutely false, statements about me in my chart. At no time, ever, have I sought inessential care or pain medications. It caused my future care to be affected in a severely detrimental way. I have since fired this practice and now receive excellent care from another surgeon who treats me with compassion and dignity. Like I said Dr. Foley may be a good surgeon, I don’t know; however, I can attest that he is a terrible judge of character.
