Dr. Macarthy is great. Polite, and both listens and takes the time to answer questions. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to see him. His staff, however, needs to be pestered to provide required referrals or make calls to the pharmacy.

Great staff! Great caring Doctor who listens and takes time with his patients. You never feel like a number... Been going to him for 3 years since I walked in his office having an asthma attack. I saw his sign from the 7/11 store. I was feeling bad, couldn't get in to see my doctor until the following day, So I took a chance! Never went back to my other doctor. Wow a doctor who is caring yet aware that people have busy live. He takes walk-ins, has flexible late evening and weekend hours

To begin with I didn't have a appointment I was a walk in. I was seen in less then 20mins. Quick, fast and efficient. Once with him in the exam room he was very friendly and polite and confident and concerned about my condition and my future return to draw some labs to check that all is going well. I really liked him I hope nothing changes. I don't have much trust in physicians anymore they just ask what you want and give it to you without actually thoroughly examining patients.
