Dr. Mistretta has been very responsive and knowledgeable to my questions and needs. He has recommended treatments appropriately and respects me when I ask for alternative care ideas. He is the best doctor I have seen in a long time.

does not help and does not listen
Unlike the reviews at the UW website, I will give you actual specifics so you know my review is legitimate. I will also put my name to it and stand on this. I have seen him a couple of times and his answer to things is "I wish I was smarter", so I say, "OK then go ask someone else or send me somewhere". And he won't. I have ten(?) outstanding conditions (around things like sleep, hormone defect, and more very specific ones), none of which he will refer me to a specialist. And I have a picture of an MRI of my abdomen from 2021, which is abnormal (anyone can see it, it's an obvious visual problem, the organs are displaced into my chest) and have asked him on several occasions to get a reinterpretation of this so I can get real medical care, and he simply will not do it. He ignores the request every time in communication. I could go on but there's a character limit. He doesn't know anything, he will not help you, he'll pretend he's trying to do stuff. There's nothing happening.
