Awful. Makes me feel like a drug addict for medications i've been on for 17 years. Can't go into the doctor for more than one "thing" for "insurance purposes"...aka if I need blood work done and a pap, I have to schedule separate

'The Most Compassionate Doctor'
He is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He has a plaque superlative claiming he is the most compassionate doctor. That is laughable. He rush all our appointments and does not answer questions. His listening skills are also poor. He does not respect the elderly. I, as an attendant, requested him to write notes of his recommendation in a notebook I provided, and Dr. NGO refused to write in the notebook. Miscommunication often occurred, so this was a solution I proposed, but he outrightly refused to participate and insisted the attendant takes notes instead. The elderly patient does not want my involvement in their health discussion with the doctor. The patient came to him because they both speak Vietnamese, but he rather speaks to the attendant than his patients. His attitude was very disrespectful and condescending. He would harass the old lady until she relented and grant me permission to participate, not that I want any part of their discussion. There is no trust.

Very likely
I have been going to Dr NGO for many years now. He is very professional but yet makes you feel at ease and comfortable enough to ask any question you may have no matter how trivial. I believe he is very pro active to ensure you stay as healthy as possible. I highly recommend him. Plus he takes Medicare.

Chip on his shoulder
Since day one the Dr gave me attitude for asking questions. Then I got treated like some kind of addict because of the meds I had been taking for years. Next he's on vacation and the PA was only able to fill a 7 days supply and said no worries as soon as he gets back he'll fill the rest there's nothing you need to do. A week goes by then 2, 3 and I've called 5 times spoken to numerous people who all tell me they would advise the Dr ASPA and call me back. Nothing was filled, no call back. I call one last time and was told oh yeah your script is here for you to pick up... Umm OK was someone going to advise me? And why paper when its normally filled via computer? IDK, WELL FIND OUT! I call to reschedule my next appointment since its the next week and I have yet to have my meds from the previous visit completed. THIS TIME I actually get a call back and am told sorry you have to come and get it. NO, NEW DR TIME... Now I'm getting calls trying to find out what's wrong, READ MY FILE!

I had finally get to meet with this doctor. He is a great man. Took time to explain my concerns and got my meds right in time. I felt great after this visit and felt all my problems solved. I can breath easily now knowing that I am in a good hand. Big thank to my doctor.

General Care
Always professional and has many years of practical experience. His bedside manner is professional and at times joke with you. Sometimes you need a good laugh when you feel you’ve made no progress. I would highly recommend him as your GP.

so bad ! When we have a doctor appointment, we arrive earlier than the scheduled time! but we had to wait for the doctor for more than 60 minutes, and when we were late we were fined 30$! is it unfair? Doctors need time, so do our patients!
