When I originally scheduled surgery with UM, they put it in as the wrong procedure. I had already had said procedure done less than a month before. He said he had a student with him and asked if they could do photos since she was learning. I was already there, so I said it was fine. I was billed $400 for that visit! I told the hospital and they said they would reach out to him. He told them that I HAD in fact had the procedure done... no labs from them to support this, but I had to pay the $
