Incredible. Wish I could give 10 stars.
No judgment, knows real pain from drug seeking. No judgment and no assumptions. Read my MRI with true empathy and explained it to me. He and his staff (shoutout to Kim!!!) are exceptional. Made me feel welcome.

I have been going to Dr. Russell for 2 years. I have been extremely happy with my care and all decisions we have discussed. I have never met a more caring and in tuned Physician. Easy to talk with and a great listener. Thanks to all of the staff, great job everyone!!!!

Hard to get a hold of, staff doesn't return calls promptly, or at all on occasion. Recently had a discrepancy due to him making a common error, but I was left to talk with only two secretary's about the matter. Still waiting a return call (2 days now). I followed a prescribed plan verbatim as described to me by himself in person, only to realize I ran out ot my dedication because the RX issued differed from that we discussed. On my first visit it took nearly two weeks to get needed prior auth...
