Telehealth
Dr. Russo is great about keeping up with the latest studies and information and making recommendations accordingly. The downside can be he can give you various options and a lot of info making it unclear what his recommendation or the best path is. But I'll definitely take him over someone behind the times or less caring about your health and available treatment options. Also, he offers telemedicine appointments and communicates via text so not everything has to be an in person visit or telephone call.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Russo - he is very thorough and as mentioned by others, calls or texts me himself to discuss lab results, any medical issues, and to remind me when I'm due to schedule a test or check-up.

Great Doc. Always accommodating, no muss no fuss. First DR in my life that ever called me about results, that is not the Admin, Nurse, etc,

Always rushed, does not listen, and tends to be abrasive with patients and staff. I made excuses for him at first, thinking he was having an off day or just frustrated at his help, but the behavior is consistent. He insisted on looking for health issues that were not there. Seemed like he was looking for something just to find it, or failing that fabricate it. He insisted I come in for a "free follow up" visit to explain my results. Did not explain anything, then got angry when I wouldn't pay.
