I am so grateful to Dr. Terrasse every day, when I look in the mirror and see the outstanding work that he did, stitching up the tip of my nose, after having a basal cell carcinoma removed. Dr Terrasse and staff are just amazing. When you walk into the office (that is just soooo clean) you are greeted by Brenda who I have never seen NOT have a smile on her face. I see Dr T for filler and he is so kind and I really love that he is conservative with injections and very truthful with results, etc. I highly recommend this place!!!!

If you are considering a breast reduction, I strongly recommend you see Dr. Terrasse. I could not be more pleased with my results. He and his team, and office staff are just terrific! From my first appointment on, everything was as smooth as can be. He was available at any time and even met me on a Sunday when I had a concern. This practice went above and beyond for me.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Dr. Terrasse. My first visit with him, for wrinkle treatment (review won’t accept the brand name). Was told he does all injections himself because he is the most experienced -I liked that. Unfortunately his injections left me with a completely black eye. I understand that this treatment can cause bruising - this was a black eye. I returned to his office to show him (made an appointment) and was met with condescension and ridicule. I sat in stunned silence while he mocked me and my “little bruise”. I have never been treated that way period, let alone by a medical professional. I actually didn’t say much, he couldn’t stop with the unprovoked demeaning attitude and comments. Stunned by the entire experience, I just got up and exited his office. Will not ever return. The entire experience was just plain weird.

Dr Terrasse always listens to you and gives best advice for any procedure that you are considering. I trust him explicitly!

I never leave bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience for me and i dont want others to have the same. I came to this doctor with hopes that he can help me. He was condescending, self-indulging and super negative. He spent the entire consultation explaining how his techniques can NOT help me, failing to provide any insights on what CAN work: or have enough professional decency to admit it is out of his specialty ( or recommend someone else who is more proficient in my case). Any time i asked, " So, nothing can be done?" He would answer, "i didnt say so. " yet failed providing any solutions, continuing his negative explanations. . At the end when i understood that he could not offer anything, i told him i didnt like this conversation. He told me to leave in a dramatic manner and made a scene in front of other clients. Doctors should have heart, empathy and tact. This was not the case. I figured since my insurance was not covering for his services (even though I paid for co

Dr. Terrasse makes claims regarding about how business is expected to be conducted. However, actual experience is to the contrary. Recommend Dr. Terrasse ensures his staff is trained on the processes he claims are in effect . Highly anyone considering Dr. Terrasse look elsewhere as Dr. Terrasee seems to respond to challenges/concerns with narcissism and resentment - -not a collaborative patient/dr. relationship. So grateful I discovered his demeanor before any surgery.

Dr. Terrasse is kind, professional and wonderful. I’ve recently had him remove a mole on my lip and was so uncomfortable. He talked me through the entire procedure and couldn’t be happier I went here for it. I’ve seen him before (about 3 years ago) for a tummy tuck and I couldn’t be happier with that experience too. Was supposed to have something removed from my forearm and face. So, he makes you come in for a look first which was not very thorough and then the next appointment for the work. So, he did my forearm and totally blew of the scrape on my face. I guess he thought my Keratosis was cosmetic. The problem is that the white bump bothers me every time I look in the mirror. I did what he asked, and I paid for 2 appointments. I drove over 25 miles to see him from Island Lake to lake Forest. I guess I'm not a rich Lake Shore customer that has all the money to pay for his expensive creams and facials and cool sculpting and lifts and tucks. I'm just a 63-year-old former blue-collar worker. An Army Veteran that's driving a school bus for retirement. I also have had skin cancer surgery's nine times. Be warry, he barely looks at the area that he supposed to work on, and he makes you feel like it's not worth his time and then he makes you wait as he takes care of his high-profile clientele.

He is a fantastic plastic surgeon. As a nurse snd his patient I can attest to his meticulous work. You won't find a better plastic surgeon in the area.

Very very disappointed in his Condescending manor and sarcastic comments. His overall treatment Of me as a patient was poor. I would give him a zero for bedside manor, as a Doctor, unprofessional. Zero stars from me all across the board. Keep looking don’t stop here.

I finally had an eye-lift. I am ecstatic with my results. Dr. Terrasse has a fantastic bedside manner. He even met me in the office on a Sunday. If you are looking for an artist and a terrific surgeon, look no further.

I saw 4 plastic surgeons and decided on Dr. Terrasse for my breast augmentation. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. He has the best bedside manner, he listens and he educated me fully on my procedure. I was able to get an idea of how I would looks after getting implants thru his computer system. I am thrilled with my new body! I look natural and so much better. He is the best out there for sure!
