Scheduling was awful. I was lied to two times in a row. After calling 14 days after seeing the doctor I called to check for when I would get my injection, got answering machine.I than called Aetna who informed me that they had not received a request for service. 2 days later I received a call from the office saying they received the ok from Aetna. I questioned the person and she told me that was neither here nor there she was calling to schedule my injection. 4 weeks in pain because someone did not do their job and then lied to me. This is the second time this same thing has happened to me. Unacceptable

I’ve been a patient patient of Dr. Wong for a few years now it’s very hard to get an appointment with him. It’s very expensive to go through this facility and I’m really not getting the end results that I need.

Dr. Wong is very nice and personable. He always explains in detail about what to expect from the procedure. He talks to you step by step during the procedure and has a great way of putting you at ease. His staff is wonderful as well.

My procedure was done quickly and with as little pain as possible. I was always told ahead of time when the “pressure “ would be coming.

Dr. Wong made me feel at ease about my procedure. I was excited but nervous and he talked to me about the procedure and how quick and probably painless it will be. He was right. He talked to me during the procedure and answered my questions and it was over quickly. He talked to me about potental side effects and I felt better. Great physician!!!!

Dr Wong was very informative about the procedure before, during and after. I was very satisfied with the treatment and the nurses.

I didn’t even have to sit in waiting room, I was called in immediately. The nurses are very nice and got me a water after my facet block. Dr Wong is very nice and is excellent at giving injections.

The nurse that got me ready before the injection was very good she made me feel very comfortable and Dr Wong was great at what he does
