Dr. Antoinette Depasquale, DO

Dr. Deingeniis is a wonderful doctor; kind and compassionate but will never go to the office again! Her staff and office practice is awful! I made an annual doctors appointment for first thing in the am and waited several weeks for that time. I just received a call from her office (Sunday) indicating that they needed to change my appointment to 4 pm the same day. I waited weeks for her first appointment of the day and why can’t they put me in for her first appointment at 10? Because there is already a person in that time slot so move the person who waited weeks for the first appointment of the day to the last in queue. Her office is awful and feel sorry for Dr D because she will lose many patients because of them and their scheduling challenges!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Antoinette Deingeniis at the Hamburg Turnpike location in Wayne, NJ for a check up and I couldn't have been more pleased. The wait time was less than 20 minutes and she spent ample time getting to know me and my medical and family history. She asked me many questions and took the time necessary to answer all of mine.

I have been going to Dr. Deingeniis at the Parish Drive location for a number of years now and both she and her staff have been a blessing in my life. Dr. Deingeniis is a very fine doctor; very competent and caring. She deals and addresses my multiple complex medical issues with attention to detail. Her staff always make me feel very welcome and attend to my many needs throughout the year that I have. I would put this practice at the top of the list for any looking for a top tier practice.

Dr. D is a kind Dr who spends excess time with most patients she sees. However, being a kind person DOESN'T mean she is a knowledgeable Dr. I have been a chronically ill patient of Dr. D's since 2011, since age 16. At 1st Dr. D seemed to be 100% dedicated to helping me get a diagnosis, but a year later began blaming my issues on PSYCH. I continued to see her until recently. A physical dx was just made by other docs. As a nursing student, I now know that Dr. D doesn't do thorough physical exams.

I love Dr Deingeniis but her office wait time is horrible. I just left after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to see a physician assistant. And they said the wait could be another hour. No good

My main issue here is the disrespectful amount of time I've waited to see the doctor. Today was my fourth and final visit and after waiting nearly 2 hours (again) I walked out without even seeing the doctor, I was only there to review bloodwork which they refused to do over the phone. If you add up all four visits I waited just over 6 hours to see the doctor only three times! They clearly do not care about keeping their patients waiting and must be overbooking just to get those co-pays...

I changed insurance so I had to find a new PCP, after going to the same physician for 25 years. I had to search for a new primary physician and after being with my old doctor for so long, I was apprehensive to get a new doctor. I was very pleasantly surprised when I met Dr. DeIngeniis. She is very compassionate, warm and sincere. She makes you feel as though you've know her forever. She is thorough and although, Wayne is far from me she certainly makes it worth the trip. Excellent doctor!

Dr. Deingeniis is Wonderful and Caring & very knowledgeable. She is a Great Doctor. Very easy to get an appointment. The wait time is kind of long from time of appointment to seeing the doctor but it is mostly because Dr. D is not the kind of doctor that you wait forever to see & then spends 2 minutes and rushes you out. Dr. D takes time to listen & make proper decisions about ones care & treatment. My only negative comment is that some of the staff are VERY Rude & Unprofessional. Wayne Office
