Fine Eye Doctor
Dr. Allen does very thorough exams. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have Glaucoma in one eye and MD in the other. He caught both symptoms early and I go in every 4 months for a check up. I feel well cared for and am happy my MD recommended Dr. Allen.

2/28/2024, I've been experiencing sudden blurry vision with Aura Migraines that come and go. Dr. Allen seemed annoyed that I keep coming in for the same reason. He tested my vision and said I had macular and I'm getting old. I asked what kind of mac I have he didn't say. I asked about driving. He said I have the other eye. Scheduled me to return in 7 months (Sept). And walked out. My PCP listened to my symptoms and immediately scheduled a brain MRI & MRA. I have an brain aneurysm not Macular. I will never return to Dr Allen again.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Allen's for a few years. I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Allen. Just like the office practice, Dr. Allen was professional and caring and I highly recommend him to all my family, friend, and, any one looking for an outstanding opthamologist.
