This RN/ a patient for yrs, has high regard for Dr Yu's Prof skills, knowledge, ethics. He is one of few MDs that has grt bedside manners, he listens, respects pt's rights in decision re: care. Being in solo practice at times no availability for " on all" esp. during family emergency. 911 or go to ER. The disgruntled person's false characterization of Dr Yu was unfair. Office staff are nice as well. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Dr. Yu is Wonderful! He takes the time to explain everything he says and does! He is very patient and takes an interest in all questions.

Dr Yu has left the country for 2 weeks with no backup. Staff says if you need something go to the ER, what a joke. They told me Dr Yu does not have any backup, I guess he doesn't care about his patients.

We feel very fortunate that we found Dr. Yu to continue my 86 yr old mother's medical care since we moved her to AZ about a year ago from California. Dr Yu is extremely knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain everything to my mom in layman's terms, he is very thorough in his diagnosis of my mom's medical issues and takes everything into consideration before prescribing mom any drugs. He is attentive and listens carefully and he is frank, yet very professional in his responses. If you are looking for an experienced doctor, who really knows his field of work, who is compassionate and professional, this is the doctor you need!

This doctor has horrible manners, no compassion, concern, or listening skills. I thought he was just straight forward and methodical, but realized when it comes to empathy or concern, he is flat-lined. He was rude, kept cutting me off when I tried to talk about anything regarding my medical history. Instead of asking me questions to get to know me (and my medical history) he questioned everything about my history as if I wasn't being truthful. He also said that Hashimotos or thyroid disease attacks only the thyroid, leaving out the fact it is an autoimmune disease that can affect your whole body. He dismissed a diagnosis I was given by one of our country's top Neurologists, which medication has helped with tremendously, and suggesting I may have a more serious disease and that I should go through the same testing I already did to get a second opinion.

I have gone to Dr. Yu for many years. He is outstanding! When I have a problem and need quick response, I have never waited more than the next day. My wife loves him too. So fortunate to have found him, and hope to never lose him!

Dr Yu is always willing to take all the time necessary to discuss your needs and offer solutions. Very willing to share his knowledge and expertise. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

Been sick for 8 days. Called in for an appointment and was told I would need to wait five weeks to see him. No other options were offered. The customer service skills of this employee were putrid to say the least.
