Dr. Chawla is the best and his assistants have my heart. These medical professionals know their work and I highly recommend them.

This is the third review I have left about Dr Chawla & his office. Due to an unfortunate mishap from a previous eye Doctor Who I will not mention his name I was scared to death. I was going to go blind in my right eye. I have had a lot of issues. Everything from cataracts, retina detachments, glaucoma, the list goes on.. when I walked into Dr. Chawla’s office I was petrified to say the least. He assured me that everything would be fine and lo and behold he was right; he saved my vision. He shows compassion & understanding. his office girls are beyond kind hearted and genuine. The office is clean. You can get an appointment very quickly. If I was in need of an emergency appt. They would get me in asap. . God bless you, Dr. Chawla for your kindness. You’re absolute intense sense of knowledge when it comes to the eye, your compassion and being who you are leaves me speechless.Thank you for saving my vision and believe me anyone who knows me knows nothing ever. Can leave me Speechless.

Staff is kind and courteous, always professional, clean environment. Appreciate that they have a separate little lobby to wait after they dilate your eyes , instead of sending u out to the main lobby. Dr. Chawla and his assistants always explain the steps clearly. Highly recommend them.

Dr Chawla and his staff are very efficient and capable of taking care of your retina issues. They are very good at what they do.

I have been going to Dr Chawla for four years now and he has treated my eye condition with excellence. He will answer any questions or concerns you may have . He is very professional, patience and kind . And his staff is absolutely amazing! A times, It may seem like there’s a lot of patients waiting, but they will get you in and out in a timely manner. I have no complaints! The staff always reminds me that they are there for you! And they truly are.

Awful bedside manner. Rude to his staff. Short in his responses to you, as if he’s annoyed to be seeing you. Trust me, I’m not a difficult patient and his bedside manner was absurd.

I’ve been having injections in my eye for two years now (I won’t name the treatment location) Today was my first visit with Dr. Chawla and his awesome team. My very first visit, he offers other options for my ongoing treatment. I’m so excited, He is actually trying to find out WHY I’m having issues so he can work on the root cause instead of just giving me an injection every month. I’m so thankful to him for offering me hope.

I was warned by a friend, she waited 3 hours to see the doctor. I was in and out in 1.5 hours

All staff members are always friendly, kind, and courteous.

This is a well organized office, knowledgeable empathetic staff, who are alert to my physical needs. Dr. is very willing to discuss my needs and answers questions to my satisfaction. The visit is always one to two hours since there is a process to attend to. Dr. Has always given a painless administration of injectable dye into my arm. I would only recommend closed caption is possible in the TV movies.

SyFf is friendly, courteous and professional. They make you feel relaxed and at home. Dr. Chawla has provided me with excellent eye care.

It seemed like there was to many appointments made at the same time and with one eye doctor, i was there for a solid 2 hours, before all was said and done. Plus, in the second waiting area, there are few little seats to sit in, some people had to stand. Way to many patients at once, not a good thing. I only come once a year, but when i do it seems like so does everyone else.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

Dr. Chawla is a good doctor, but his office is VERY busy, so make sure you have at least 1.5 hours to spend at his clinic. Also, each patient must be interviewed for more recent symptoms, and sit for an eye image photo (using an ophthalmoscope?), so that will take some time prior to seeing the doctor. I don’t know how well he is at retinal surgery, but he seems very competent.
