Immense appreciation for care given by Dr. Goyal
Dr Goyal is an outstanding pulmonologist. He explains his diagnosis in detail and never made my mom or myself feel rushed. Always answered our questions and provided us options for treatment, when possible. He helped my mom through the beginning stages of lung cancer and then referred us to Dr. Jhansi Koduri who helped my mom through the final stages of lung cancer with compassion and the best care possible. We are beyond thankful for both Dr. Goyal and Dr. Koduri.

Do not go to this guy if you are having sleep problems and expect to be taken seriously. He ordered a sleep study which is good but I still didn’t feel listened to or believed when I told him I’m really not sleeping. He said I am sleeping because my body will naturally crash out after going long periods without sleep. He doesn’t understand when I tell him that’s not happening which is the whole problem to begin with. He’d rather try and convince me that I am sleeping than figure out why I’m not. I’m happy he ordered a sleep study but it still frustrates me to feel like my concerns haven’t been heard. What if the sleep study comes back saying I’m really not sleeping? How can I trust him to interpret the results correctly if he has it in is head that I’m sleeping when I’m not? He’s not in my body. A real doctor validates their patient’s experiences regardless. Don’t trust this guy, see someone who actually cares and listens.

This guy is a joke! He left my 78 year old mother to fend for herself on refills of her blood thinners (critical for her survival) because they had a disagreement over her treatment plan. While she was in the hospital in which he practices, he did not even bother to check on her. He does not care AT ALL for his patients. If you want to have a doctor who cares about you and your health at all, avoid this joker at all costs!!!

DO NOT go to this office if you need medical help!!!!! I have been trying to get someone to call me back for months Because I was having and allergic reaction to the medications that were prescribed to my and no one from the office has returned any of my calls!!! I have also tried to get the office to forward my records to my other doctors ever since my very first visit and they have never sent anything to my doctors about my care!!! Please for your own sake, find another pulmonologist!!

Dr Goyal is smart, helpful, nice etc. I waited 10 minutes for a presciption and appointment for breathing test appt. no one came to get me out of the room. I looked out and no one was in the hall or checking out so I proceeded to the check out area. I said I think you forgot me and check out girl was almost yelling saying I was suppose to stay in the room. I turned around to go back and she said well you r here now. The ma who took my blood pressure said to check out girl ...you forgot. Gotta say very disappointed!!

I saw Dr. Goyal on August 26, 2016. I was given a script for medication. The doctors office 27 days later has yet to take care of giving information to the insurance company so that I may have this medication filled. I have called several times with nothing being done. It is truly upsetting.
