She opens her mouth big and wide and devours patient's money like it's a piece of cake. I didn't like her attitude she cared only about the money. I didn't feel respected.

I have been looking for a doctor who would be knowledgeable and compassionate to my medical needs. I have now found one and I am very happy with my care so far. Fast and attentive and always follows up. I would recommend

Useless doctor. The treatment she prescribed landed me in more pain and I had to go to several other doctors to get some help. Ended up wasting a lot of time due to which my health deteriorated and added to my mental agony. I wouldn't recommend this woman to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tanvir! From my very first appointment, I felt like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel completely comfortable. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed me through my questions.What really stood out to me was their warm and compassionate demeanor, it felt like talking to a friend who truly wants the best for you. I have never encountered a more qualified and compassionate physician than Dr. Tanvir. After consulting with multiple doctors, none have made me feel as comfortable and genuinely cared for as she has. Dr. Tanvir’s professionalism and dedication to her patients’ well-being are evident in both her demeanor and communication. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

One of the best Dr. I have ever had

Dr. Tanvir wasted my time and money. She had absolutely no knowledge of her profession and seemed more like she was out there to con you rather than provide good healthcare. She was rude, arrogant and was just checking the watch all the time to make sure that our appointment time was passing by quicker than needed. I understand that you are concerned about your payment. But at this cost?? The woman was an absolute idiot, knew absolutely nothing about my medical history before my appointment with her and I would have appreciated if I could have been referred to another more professional doctor rather than "Dr." Tanvir. I would humbly request your institution to hire thorough professionals and not people that are more interested in pretending to act like doctors.

Very good! When my long time Internist left MarinHealth. I needed to choose a new primary care provider. There were only 3 available in the network - so I chose the one closest to me. I was very happy with her because I felt that she was very thorough and addressed my rather complex medical needs that included coordinating with a number of specialists. She was always well prepared and had reviewed the notes from my other specialists before the appointment. I felt very confident in her knowledge and good follow-up. I use he past tense here because, unfortunately, she has left her MarinHealth practice as of Jan. 3rd 2024. That is my only disappointment - that she is no longer available to provide a high level of care in a friendly and professional manner.

She refused to refer me to a surgeon when I had hyperparathyroidism.I had to locate my own surgeon. She had no idea what painful bladder was and accused me of being a drug addict. She did not order any testing until I demanded that she do so.

She wasted a year of my time as i was trying to get a series of autoimmune symptoms diagnosed and treated. She said physical therapy was what i needed but then oddly referred me to an orthopedic surgeon instead of the phys therapist, which was a mistake. When i finally got in to see the PT she was worried about treating me based on all my symptoms and said i really should see an endocrinologist or a rheumatologist. When i went back to “dr.” Tanvir, insisting she refer me to a rheumatologist she was very rude and annoyed with me, even rolled her eyes at one point. I thought if I carefully and calmly review all my symptoms with her that would help. Instead, she said I needed to make an appointment for each individual symptom I have. Said me telling her about all my symptoms was too “overwhelming” for her. She did refer me to the rheum doc during that appt but only to get rid of me. PCP who take new patients are hard to come by but this woman is no doctor and should be fired.

If you're looking for a doctor who is asleep at the wheel, then Dr Tanvir is for you. Don't expect her to review your charts before she sees you and don't expect compassion or patience. She is truly on autopilot, more focused on paying off her med school loans then providing decent care to patients.

Dr. Tanvir is really friendly, sharp, knowledgeable, thoughtful, efficient and appears to be caring too. She also follows up and immediately sends comments once test results are available.
