She had her nurse call and tell me I had Lupus after my positive ANA. Bus, she was fixated on Sjogrens despite negative blood test. She subjected me to a lip biopsy for Sjogrens and it was negative. She does not appreciate that Lupus is an individual disease and each person will present differently. She let me languish for months talking about mixed connective tissue. Lupus was wreaking havoc on different body systems. I was bouncing from doctor to doctor because different body systems were being set off. It was the height of the pandemic. I told her I had mouth ulcers and she told me to stick a cell phone in my mouth and take a picture. Meanwhile, her notes in my chart were steering other doctors away from lupus and my treatment suffered. Insurance company would not cover based on what she put in my file. I went to another doctor that listened to me the patient and all my symptoms. I was able to get insurance to cover meds that helped me get out bed.

Dr and office is incapable of filling prescriptions despite warnings in advance of expiry. Ive been left without medications multiple times. Dr and office do not return calls and rarely respond to their own messaging system. I was given a letter with a diagnosis for a disease I do not have, inquiries were ignored. Abnormal bloodwork flagged out of range is captured as normal in chart notes. Inquiries were ignored. I made an actual appointment to address rx issues. Dr told me to my face was a holiday issue and then went on to again not fill another Rx. Staff told me it had been filled and then I when I had the pharmacist join the line, staff retracted. Office then sent the wrong dose and took multiple calls on the part of the pharmacy to rectify doctor error based on hx. Ive had staff tell me preauths were in only for pharmacy to go off bc its not in. Long story short the office never did it. The only thing this office does expediency is bill my insurance. This is not care.

Dr Chadha is my favorite doctor. She is smart. She knows when to refer out. She is kind and professional. I wish she were more than a rheumatologist because I'd like to see her for all my conditions.

I thought I had a great relationship with Dr Chadha until I requested my medical records and saw her documentation was very different from our actual visits. I have since found another doctor.

I started seeing Dr. Chadha after my rheumatologist retired and I had tried another rheumatolgist that was very complacent about my care. Dr. Chadha wanted to do better than just maintain my current situation, she wanted to improve my quality of life. She regularly makes adjustment in my treatment plan to accommodate the changes in lifestyle, seasons and in what is working and what is not. She works hard to give me the best quality of life possible. She is INCREDIBLE and very caring!
