I left the visit disappointed and without the care I was seeking. April pushed prescriptions I stated I did not want to take and did not listen to me with empathic care. Just another pharmacy rep, not really working for the people.

Dr. Calderon is the perfect doctor for our family! She’s friendly, thorough, courteous and takes the time with us to answer any questions or address any concerns. I love that X-rays and some lab work is available at SAMC. The office is clean. The office staff is friendly and has always been helpful for us.

On 4/26 I followed up on an asthma inhaler refill dr calderon had refilled for TWO YEARS without question. It had been denied. I called SAMC and they punished me for not having come in, regardless of the FACT that they refilled my prescription NO QUESTIONS ASKED for TWO YEARS and never indicated ANY problem. I wish I could upload the recorded convo where they denied the refill even if I made an appt, and REAFFIRMED it the next day. Now In the hands of an attorney; I told him NOT to settle.
