Compassionless First Visit. There Won’t Be A 2nd
Dr. Kallibjian did not greet us when he came in the room. He didn’t even look at my family member’s foot before loudly proclaiming what the problem was. He frequently spoke over both myself and my family member as we tried to explain the situation. He was dismissive of concerns and condescending when asked questions. He was very rough with my family member. When pain was expressed after primary lidocaine injection he dismissed the possibility and continued with the procedure until multiple objections were voiced. I want to be clear; despite our objections he was preparing to Cut In To my family member’s foot Before it was numb! He did not believe my family member could still feel until he saw the tears running down their face after he placed the tourniquet and I loudly voiced for him to STOP. To his credit, Dr. Kallibjian is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, but utterly lacking in compassion. After the operation Dr. K denied any possibility of pain and dismissed us rudely.

He does not touch his patients. His bedside manner is very poor. I think he treats his patients at Luthern like they are homeless untouchable people. He does no work as far as examining a patient. Think he is lacking in every part pf Podiatry care. He needs a personality, and to examine and talk to his patients more. It felt like the 2 of us were a bother for him to see. Even though my daughter had her appt. with him for over 2 months and he is her Podiatrist. My brother was a new patie
