ZERO personality
Yes this is a frustrated review, I rarely have time to write reviews but feel compelled in this case to share my experience and it is based on two factors 1) technical and 2) interpersonal aptitude - on the technical front, went back 4 times for the same issue and Mrs. Goldsmith proved incapable of addressing the problem and 2) on the interpersonal front, ZERO personality, deeply troubled person, Mrs. Goldsmith has lost her customer etiquette compass, Mrs. Goldsmith lacks basic human interface aptitude

Rude no compassion
I have been having severe pain for months with rashes. Losing weight unable to work. Wanted to know if there was better treatment She cut me off. Didn’t do a thorough exam. Told me to quit taking my medication and come back when the rash got worse. The staff handed me a list of other dermatologists to see. Like she kicked me out of the office and don’t come back. I’m desperate to find help and this woman dissed me. She is obviously unable to treat dermatology. I think she just wants to do cosmetics

Took my son 3-4 years ago and was very happy with Dr Goldsmith and her staff. My wife went and had no problems, and I went for a spot on my arm and once again I was very happy with the office and Dr Goldsmith.

Is zero an option?
Goldsmith and Quinn are superb at insulting the patient. Visited this dermatologist office since it was near my home, I am content to share I will gladly go out of my way to find another. The office culture is poor and it is clear the people wearing the white coats have a distain for commoners. Consider this: What could you add to your own treatment? Nothing…you’re just the customer.

Dr. Goldsmith appears inpatient and conveys little empathy or compassion. I was given a prescription with no instructions on how to use it, a new diagnosis with zero patient education: no handouts, samples, or verbal explanation. I am very disappointed with this provider.

Dr. Goldsmith is amazing. My whole family has been to her and she has helped them all quickly and effectively. Her staff is very knowledgeable as well and very nice. She always makes sure all our questions are answered and we understand everything before she leaves the room. I've never met a doctor so personable and friendly.

Her demeanour leaves one at ease. Her professionalism and knowledge is highly noticeable when explaining procedures she is to perform upon which her skill becomes evident. Beside incredible staff, this office has the nicest entry door of any doctor's office this side of the Mississippi.
