Dr. Archana Goel, MD

Dr. Goel is confrontational and lacks empathy toward her patients. Her staff at Heritage and present either fail to give her messages or she ignores them. She might know what she is doing, but she would rather argue with and lose patients rather than showing an ounce of empathy. She does not respect patients with multiple health issues.

This is not an assembly line Dr. She will take whatever time it takes to see the whole picture of your progress with her. I needed her to follow me after I had knee replacement surgery. The surgeon never showed up for 8 days, however, Dr. Goel, found out I wasn't was not being treated correctly because of my allergies to pain medications she called in a pain management company, that did what the surgeon or his fellow Dr's wasn't capable of handling. She's terrific don't hesitate to go to her.
