Just had to call to make an appointment for my son who needs an appointment for a physical and has aged out of pediatrician. I'm sorry that I didn't get name of the wonderful woman that answered. She found an appointment for his tight schedule. Was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

I was going to Dr. P for years. Last time I made an appointment they called me 2 weeks later and said they no longer take my insurance. No letter, no information. Now I need to find another option..

I was not greeted by the front desk and just asked if I had an appt. The secr. just started putting together papers and asked me for ID and ins. card. I was pulled from the waiting room while filling out paperwork to get my sonogram testing done and was told I could finish them later. That tech. never said what she was about to do, what it was for etc. and seemed frustrated with the computer she was working on. And I almost sat on her charging AirPods under the paper on on the table. I was moved to another room, sat, then moved to another room and sat, a nice PA took blood and vitals. No one asked for urine sample although I think they wanted one. The PA literally held my EKG printout up to a computer screen to compare it to my last one. Coming up on 2 hrs I was asked to move to another room and put a finger clip on - no idea what the test was for and was told it would be 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I grabbed my things and left. Never saw the actual Dr. in my 2 hour visit.

I’ve been a patient of Laura’s for years. After calling this morning to schedule a sick visit (for an ear ache) I was told they will not see me without a negative COVID test. Why would I go get a COVID test and then see them, when I could go to an urgent care and be seen immediately? I will never step foot back in that office. Dr. Persaud claims to be a primary care physician but clearly doesn’t have her patient’s best interests at heart. Pathetic!

The office has a high turn around for employees they are overworked the dr is never I. The office. They request all these tests and then my insurance company said it’s not covered so I get a big bill. The front desk staff had a nice girl but now she left too. You can tell the dr doesn’t treat her staff well. The nurses are very unprofessional and the Dr just doesn’t care. She cares about money nothing more. When a good employee leaves you know something is wrong with the office. I heard the dr talking vey rudely to this staff member and then the next day she left. They are very overworked the office is a mess and I don’t recommend them to anyone

I came to this office to get a prescription for antibiotics, which is what I needed - for strep which I caught from someone else. My daughter's doctor charged less than $65 after insurance and the visit was less than 15 minutes with the doctor. I came to THIS doctor and met a physicians assistant, never met the doctor. They charged me $284 after insurance for the same thing but they billed the insurance company for a doctor visit. Save your money and go somewhere else.

She is too quick to prescribe medicine to fix an issue and pays no importance to the cause of the same issue! No knowledge in nutrition and its causes in our health. The office does not have enough walls to hang any more advertising for medicine!
