The doctor and medical assistant are both great. The doctor is very concerned and has the exact solution to help you feel better. Both my husband and myself went for different issues. He knew exactly what we needed and took his time explaining everything. Please make an appointment with him . Fantastic!

The doctor recommends a brace for my foot pain which I wore for 8 weeks. The doctor recommend stretches for the pain that remained afterwards. The pain flared up again as soon as I resumed working out. His front desk assistant is terrible. Spells names wrong, sends you other patients’ invoices, or refuses to send one at all. I was overcharged at all four of my visits. The office is refusing to submit my last insurance claim. They are also refusing to refund the money they owe me. Don’t waste your time with this corner store doctor who charges more then the negotiated insurance rate.

I called Dr. Rubenstein and received his secretary. I asked if he takes my insurance and she said yes. I made appt. I get there wait couple minutes and he takes me in . He had a bit of an odd personality. So he examines me and tells me my insurance doesn't cover toe nails.Which I told him in the waiting room. So I proceed to leave and this jerk asks for 30 dollar copay. and I say what for ???? and he says his medical advice. He KNEW what I was there for and instead of letting me leave he gives me this nonsense exam. Uh yeah right.

Very good experience. Not your typical office visit. Very diligent, not rushed at all.

He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. My bunionectomy was easy and with mild pain-much better than my friends' experiences. He spends a great deal of time with patients during an office visit.
