Horrible. He is a competent, engaging physician, but his staff is awful. They handle referrals to other specialists poorly, taking weeks to do what should take less than 48 hours. He switched insurance providers that he accepts in mid-April, booting out patients, without a headsup or waiting until the end of the year so patients could switch their coverage accordingly. He's lost a great many patients over these two items/concerns.

Buyer be ware! CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Dr. Dayani has a great bedside manner. Where he fails is his staff. They improperly coded my lab requests, now I have a $900 bill. We reached out to his office and billers , no joy. One biller actually said that it wasn't her fault if the insurance company didn't like her coding. They refuse to correct their mistake so buyer beware! As for the teledoc system, I received a call from a secretary, I didn't even rate a PA or NP. This young lady asked for clarification of my medical complaint and stated she didn't know what that body part was since she wasn't medical.

Most Genuine Caring Doctor
Dr. Dayani exhibits the best characteristics every doctor should try to emulate. He actually listens and remembers your medical issues and even your personal/family issues. He is always helping the patient by stopping at nothing until the patient is better, or has definitive answers. He has helped guide me through all issues associated with my weight and genuinely cares if I am well physically and mentally. I always recommend him as a most remarkable, funny, down to earth, caring doctor.

life-saver
Dr. Dayani has been my doctor and my family's doctor for many years. He recently diagnosed me with a life-threatening heart condition. Within hours, he had coordinated my care with a cardiologist and, in less than a week, i had a cardiac procedure performed that corrected the valve that was causing problems. I am so grateful for Dr. Dayani's thoroughness. I trust him with my entire family's health.

Excellent primary care doctor
Had a first time visit with Dr. Dayani two weeks ago. My wife and i were referred by multiple friends in Boerne. Dr. Dayani did not disappoint. He ordered labs on my first visit and coordinated multiple screening tests that my last doctor ignored (colonoscopy). Very pleasant staff and a very energetic, upbeat doctor.

MD
An unproductive and frankly an unprofessional visit. Dr Dayani demonstrated poor comprehension of my symptoms. I have a heart problem—- he appeared to be in a hurry and omitted to examine my heart. He only examined my ears and when I questioned him about it he fumbled and diverted the conversation!!! A worthless consultation.

Failed the interview
Nice enough young man. I'm 68 year-old man. Told him on first visit that I was trying to find a new Dr since my old one moved away, and that I had 7-8 health issues that I'd like to have resolved, one wan or another. He said, well he was going to be interviewing me as well to decide if he'd take me on. 2nd visit he said your tests (for 1 issue) look good, see you in a year. He flunked the interview.

I was denied care the last 3 times I was sick. I was told I had to wait two weeks for an appointment or go to the ER. I was advised that they did NOT take walk ins and I would NOT be seen if I went in after I asked about being a walk in. Of the 3 times I was denied care until 2 weeks later, one time I ended up hospitalized and the other 2 in the ER. It took Dr Dayani and his office over 2 weeks for my prescription refills. Office personnel is very rude and inefficient. The office manager is even ruder. Important paperwork was taken to the wrong address even after admitting that I had provided them with an address change over a year ago. Very unprofessional and unavailable without a scheduled appointment.

My husband and I are both very happy with Dr. Dayani because of the genuine caring he displays during our appointments. He gives us time to ask any questions during our appointments and treats us like patients instead of just another paycheck. We have recommended him to many of our friends, and they also think he is wonderful. His office staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I made a recent appointment with his P.A., but will not do that again. She kept me waiting in the exam room for 40 minutes, with no explanation or apology, spent a total of 8 minutes with me, and then refused to answer a few questions I had because she said it would cause us to run over the scheduled time for my appointment. She said I would have to schedule another appointment in order to ask my questions.

I went in for an ear infection with severe pain and I saw the P.A. She gave me a prescription for the infection. I was in the car leaving and one of the medical assistants came out and told me they could give me a steriod shot. That was great call , because a half an hour later I had no pain in my ear. Another benefit is I have more strength and no joint pain, it helped with my Becker's Muscular Dsytrophy. Thank You!
