Dr. Arlene Ing has been my Primary Care Physician for about the past 5 years. She is genuinely interested in my health and my quality of life, and she is a kind and caring person. I seem to over-produce mucus and it was becoming a huge issue for me. I was coughing a lot at night in bed, having to get up a lot to expel the mucus, and constantly clearing my throat all day long. It was becoming a problem for my husband who was losing sleep due to my constant coughing and frequent nightly trips to the bathroom to expel mucus. Dr. Ing is a GREAT LISTENER....and she listened to my issues and came up with a perfect solution of an over-the-counter allergy med along with a short-term RX med and a regular RX med, and she completely solved my issue - which had been a long, on-going issue for years. I can honestly say that she changed my life in a huge, positive way, and I am forever grateful. Dr, Ing is a very skilled and caring physician, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Dr. Ing listened carefully to what I was saying. She genuinely cared about my problems and willingly tried to help. She was friendly and attentive. She prescribed medications that have, for the most part, improved my situation. I hope to remain on her list of patients.

I think Dr. Ing is an exceptional doctor. She has a wonderful way of explaining things and she always follows up with very detailed forms that you can keep for your medical records. But that's why I continue to go there is because of her. Thank you.
