Best doctor I know.
Dr Jacobs is truly excellent at what she does. She always listens patiently and attentively, and I can confidently say she is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life. I have been her patient for 20 years, and I have always been extremely satisfied with her care. She is always calm, kind and professional, and her presence gives me a great sense of comfort and trust. I am deeply grateful for everything she has done for me.

One of the best OBGYN's in DFW. We used her a few years ago when my wife was pregnant with our son and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Great bedside manner who really gets to know her patients. She's great at what she does. Not sure if she takes new patients but if she does I would definitely use her. Highly recommend.

Incredible Dr
Dr Jacobs level of care is incredible and she truly takes the time to understand what’s going on whether physically or emotionally so she can treat you as a whole person. I know I can reach out to her and with her thorough level of knowledge, expertise and competence I will get top notch care. She delivered all three of my children and I continue to see her for gyn. She really understands women’s Heath and I couldn’t be more grateful for all she’s done for me over the years. I highly recommend her!!

Amazing Doctor
Hands down, Dr. Arlene Jacobs is an incredible doctor for women's health! She is experienced and someone you can trust for whatever your problem might be. While I live in Florida, she has held my hand through a myriad of issues. I was impressed that she found the time to help someone out of state while she was dealing with her own patients and demanding schedule. In fact, many times I would wake up and find a message from Dr. Jacobs written to me at midnight after a long day of surgery and seeing patients, trying to help me through a situation knowing I was consumed with worry or in pain. Her knowledge is vast and her ability to heal is impressive. She is a life saver. I highly highly recommend her if you need a good obstetrician/gynecologist. I just wish she was in Florida. You folks in Texas are super lucky to have her.

Dr Arlene Jacobs is the best doctors I have knows. I am not much into writing reviews, but Dr Jacobs is amazing ! , I have known her since 2010 and would highly recommend to all my friends. The wait time is around 10-12 min , which is considerably low compared to other doctors/pediatricians we have visited.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Dr. Jacobs to my family/friends. The wait time averages 12-17 minutes. There are instances where the wait time is longer but It allows me to get my labs out of the way first. I’ve been her patient since 2002 and she is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is always progressional and friendly. It never fails that she asks about not only my health, but the health of my family members. You will not be disappointed if you select her.

Dr Jacobs is one of the finest doctors I’ve ever known. She is brilliant at what she does but is also intentional and extremely personable. I’ve been her patient since 1995. After all these years, I consider her like a sister. That’s how she treats all of her patients though. She truly cares about your health but also you as a person. She delivered my baby girls and now they are her patients as well. That’s a true testimony to how great of a doctor she is. With her as your OB/GYN, you are in the BEST of the BEST hands. Cannot recommend her highly enough! Her whole staff is incredible too.

Dr Jacobs is am amazing doctor. She does not just treat your ailment or "condition/symptom". She has always taken approach to review all aspects of her patient from how they are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally. The key is she takes the time to understand her patients overall. I have been with her since she started her practice well over 28 years ago. She delivered my children, then they became her patients and then she delivered my grandson. My daughter wasn't going to have it any other way. The wait never bothers me because I know when I needed her to take the extra time with me as i had complications on my pregnancy, she is doing the same for another woman in need. Dr. J, as we call her, gives 200% to her patients and she will do everything in her power to ensure you are healthy, safe and get the best care.

just now Dr. Jacobs is amazing! Appointments to see her are always a long wait but she is well worth it. She cares so much about her patients and I wouldnt want anyone else delivering my babies now that ive had her as a dr. There arent many doctors who care enough to go check on their patients agter giving birth in their days off. She is one in a million!

I have been seeing Dr. Jacobs since she went into practice. She is so caring and special. She will spend all the time you need with her. That unfortunately leads to long waits for appointment times, but I think it is worth it. She treats you as a whole person, not just for obgyn. Each visit eands with a sincere hug!

Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful doctor. She's patient, sweet and very informative. However, it's impossible to change an appointment to a new date since she's extremely busy. And the wait time is always over an hour ! My last visit was over two hours of waiting!!!

Tried scheduling an appointment and receptionist was extremely hesitant to schedule an appointment as I was a new patient. Basically the receptionist kept telling me the Dr. didn't like to see new patients and if I REALLY want to see her it would be many months out - 6 months out. For me 6 months out was fine as I was just trying to find a new OBGYN. I don't want to see a Dr. who would be annoyed by a new patient...

Dr. Jacobs is the best doctor you'll ever experience. She cares about her patients on a personal and professional level. Having moved out of Texas 2 yrs ago I still fly into Dallas just to see her, as I wouldn't trust my health care to anyone else. If I could I would give her a "million star" rating.

Dr Arlene Jacobs was my doctor throughout my pregnancy. This review is long due as my son is now 5 years old and we are in a different country. But I can never forget Dr Jacobs' warmth, sincerity and smile, which is contagious! She made my pregnancy look so easy and even during delivery, she was a constant support. A big thank you to! I wish I could see you again and introduce you to my son :)

Dr. Jacobs is truly a blessing from God. I was so fortunate to even have her accept new patients, let alone meet her as not only my physician, but also a mentor, friend, and second mom. My husband and I are experiencing some major complications with our pregnancy and I cannot begin to fathom how we would be standing strong with her by our side. We are forever blessed and indebted to Dr. Jacobs for all her love, compassion and love for her work.
