Incompetent office
For close to two years now I have been a patient of Dr. Rillo. in that timeframe. The office is gone from bad to horrendous. They never refill your prescriptions on time. I will call and call and call and sometimes I have actually run out of the prescriptions that I need. I raise the issue with the doctor and her staff and they do nothing. I’ve had it with this. I am now going to file an official complaint with the Nevada department of medical.

Was wonderful, isn’t anymore
We use to love this office and the ease of getting an appointment and understanding the doctor but unfortunately that’s not the case any longer. This office doesn’t return calls, fails to call in prescriptions, doesn’t send in prior authorizations and overall doesn’t take care of their patients. We called every day to get my spouses prescription sent to the local pharmacy. After two weeks of calling they finally called it in to the mail order pharmacy. Still waiting after six months for the office to take action on the required PA. Do better.

Poor customer service following up
I had a visit for a physical a few months ago which went great after the recommendation from a friend. I was told to get labs which I did. Have been trying to call and left several messages to schedule a follow-up to read labs and to even schedule an appointment for my spouse for a physical as well. Nobody has called back and no answer after weeks. Will not recommend on the basis of poor customer service.

No
This place is awful. Went in for a physical. This is a preventative health appointment and is 100% paid by the insurance. I was charge. A for $100 bucks and when I contacted my insurance was advised is is fully paid by insurance. When I called them back they didn’t code a physical since it was my first time. I feel ripped off since I’ve been getting physicals for 30 years and never was charged. On top of that I was the only patient on the office and she made me wait 45 minutes to see me. I doctor office with no other patients should have been an indication this place was not good.

Incompetent office. I think they are more into selling age defying lotion than providing Healthcare. Tyler is beautiful though. But overall this office is incompetent.

Poor professionalism, money over quality
Poor professionalism! I have never received more careless treatment by a medical provider. The doctor was an hour late to my appointment and kept pushing it back in 15 minute increments and rushed through the appointment. I was later referred to a medical assistant who was rude and uninformed on what was communicated between me and the doctor and uneducated on how to perform certain duties. The quality of care is not what they are concerned with only your money. They will internationally drag things out to charge you more. Look elsewhere!

Poor professionalism! I have never received more careless treatment by a medical provider. First the doctor was an hour late to my appointment and kept pushing it back in 15 minute increments and rushed through the appointment. In the same rushed appointment the doctor agreed to complete paperwork requested by my employer, only to miss the initial deadline and on the date of the second deadline I was told by a medical assistant who has no idea how to complete the paperwork, that there was not enough information to complete the paperwork. I had to explain to the medical assistant what information should be included on the paperwork based on my previous appointments and conversation with the doctor, and was met with resistance and a bunch of excuses. After further explaining how the paperwork should be filled out the medical assistant agreed to complete the paperwork for a fee after initially refusing to complete it, then stating there was not enough information to complete it. I ultimately decided to cut all ties and not to proceed with this provider as I did not appreciate the unnecessary attitude from the medical assistant that was speaking on behalf of the doctor and providing conflicting information from my actual conversation I had with the doctor, and was uncomfortable proceeding forward with a provider who would do anything for a fee regardless of the quality of service. Find another provider the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced is absurd!
