Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Called Thursday January 26th and I was told a nurse will call me back. I never got a call back from a nurse. I called again on Friday January 27th. I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes in total. Call log 1/26: 5:15pm 15 minutes. Call log 1/27: 3:09pm 20 minutes. 3:37pm 8 minutes. 3:46 pm 2 minutes. My daughter and I will never visit this office again.

Dr. M is extremely affable, intelligent, compassionate and trust worthy. I have a short fuse with Doctors for reasons of the above mentioned. Dr. M has been our family Doctor for 20 years.

22 years ago this man saved my daughter's life. She was 2 months old and came down with a severe case of RSV and a pneumonia. she was seen by several doctors at Toledo Hospital in Toledo Ohio for several days in a row. But only to be sent home. Finally I went to Flower Hospital in Sylvania Ohio and he seen her within 20 minutes she was admitted and spent a whole week in the hospital. After that day he became our doctor until the sad day he left .Thank you Dr masongsong . Melissa &Mariah Caris

Dr. Masongsong is a very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable physician. His tenure as a physician has provided him many years of experience where he has not only experience treating a variety of ailments, but has also given him the opportunity to develop positive relationships with medical colleagues with expertise across the medical spectrum, through which he provides recommendations if specialists are required.
