Daughter of veteran
Uribe refused to help my father with his combat war injuries. I believe it was because of his ignorance of the condition and arrogance about not admitting it. We managed to find a highly competent and caring doctor eventually. This man is wrong for caring for veterans. Unfortunately this is typical of the El Paso VA-employing substandard practitioners.
