Staff is cold and the medical providers are incompetent. Waited 45 minutes with my existing appointment. There's no privacy in the examination room, as the door is 2 inches off of the ground. I was scheduled to see Dr. Hovhannisyan but seen a Resident, who had to utilize their phone to look up a common medication. I also had to explain to them 3-4 times why I was taking another medication and where I obtained it from. I had to explain to Dr. Hovhannisyan 2-3 times, the same thing. I requested the common med and the pharmacy informed me that the prescriber hasn't written the prescription correctly, so it hasn't been filled. It's been 3 weeks since the pharmacy initially reached out to the doctor's office. I called them about the lab work, a random doctor called back but I was working and missed the call. None of my 3 phone calls and voicemails have been returned, including phone calls to discuss the lab work that was completed and a voicemail specifically regarding the medication.

STAY. AWAY. Spent MONTHS trying to get them to send me my medical records and lab work so I could take it to a new doctor. Disgusting office. No soap in the bathrooms where people are giving pee samples. Bill for unnecessary, unrequested procedures without examining patient. Over an hour wait despite arriving early and it being the first appointment of the day. Cherry on top: they emailed me SOMEONE ELSE'S LAB RESULTS. I now have that person's name, number, and health info. Never see him.
