Chalk me up as another potential patient that was chased off prior to making an appointment. I have dealt with a number of rude medical staff over the years but never encountered one quite as nasty as Donna. There was no reason for the vicious rudeness the way she treated me. I would not recommend this doctor or his staff to anyone.

Donna Pathetic Office Staff
Never got to make an appointment. Donna is like an enemy of patients. This office deserves every one star they received. Find a competent doctor with an office staff that actually cares. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE.

Pain management
I was treated for years by Dr Rahimi. He is good at what he does and I had relief from injections for spinal stenosis. This year 2024 I had to cancel a few appointments due to my husbands illness and death so they kicked me out of the treatment. Rahimi is skillful at what he does but totally lacking bedside manner. I feel betrayed after years of treatment, no one asked why I canceled. The nurses are very kind though, especially Donna. He always harped on I needed surgery. So I saw a top neurosurgeon who spent an hour explaining that I should not have surgery. I am 77. So he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. By the way I am a retired RN. So I will seek pain management elsewhere. Judy Florissant, Mo.

Stay away!
My husband and I are both in the healthcare field as providers and wanted to like this office and provider. Horrible bedside manner after requesting to talk with him post procudure. Poor eye contact and very demeaning, non caring attitude. Never discusses options other than more extensive surgery. Really?! His staff also are cold and not personable at all. NP cut my husband off with "we will address only 1 concern at a time" and was dismissive. We will NOT return.

You only see him first time
My husband had horrible back pain and was sent to this office. He only saw the doctor the first visit and thereon the PA. She would talk to my husband and then go back behind the curtain and return with the doctors order. The doctor could never be bothered to discuss my husbands condition with him in person. Which in fact, was worsening each month. They offered no real solution and his last visit there the PA was so rushed and aloof, and said increasing pain Med dosage would be fruitless. And they didn’t offer alternative meds to try to help. It was the steroid injections and opioids or bust. When the injections didn’t last long enough, the PA brushed my husband off like he was bothering her. Horrible experience for us. We vowed never to return.

I have had 2 massive spinal surgeries. I have been in chronic pain for years. I just relocated to the St Louis area and was referred to Dr Rahimi. I had all of my records transferred from my previous pain management doctor. Dr Rahimi has refused to see me. Not only is he probably not much of a doctor I feel he is not much of a man. His staff would not tell me why and when I asked for him to call me to explain I was told he would not do that. Now after reading other reviews I am lucky he did refuse me.

The staff is very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with them or this practice. If he let's his staff get away with being as disrespectful and unhelpful as they are I can only imagine how his bedside manner is.

Dr Rahimi was very polite and kind. His examination was extremely thorough, and he explained his findings completely and in a manner that wasn't rushed and was easy to understand. When it came to treatment, I was really impressed. It was not at all painful, and the staff was so well trained that they explained his every move before it happened. Dr Rahimi and his nurses work like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking pain relief. Respectfully, Ronald Gross, DDS

I needed steroid injections as I was in excruciating pain. I went to Dr. Rahimi as a new patient. He was extremely patient-centered, examined me thoroughly, took the time to discuss my MRIs and where I’d need injections. He was extremely polite, and gentle, in fact I could barely feel my shoulder shot. All and all, his patient bed side manner is what many other doctors should learn from him. I’m feeling a hundred times better in the last three days and am so thankful to have found him.

Dr. Rahimi is by far the best Dr. you could possibly go to in pain. He is so unusual he listens to you. He cares and does everything possible to get rid of your pain. He always has a smile on his face. Not only is he the best but he has the best employees also. I would never go anywhere but there and I drive 2 1/2 hours to get there. So if you want the best that is where you need to gol.

Did not do an evaluation. Came in with medication in a syringe and pointed to ares on my back and injected the areas.(The entire left side of my back was in a spasm). Did not take the time to do an evaluation or talk to me.My sister also had a bad ex with him. He yelled at her because she was in so much pain in her neck that she could not lay flat long enough for the injections to be given.
