Dr. Arnold Han, MD

had an Endoscopy procedure scheduled for July 5th 2023. I called on July 3rd to report I won’t be able to go to the exam due to a family emergency and was told someone will contact me back to reschedule the exam. The referral was made by Dr. Arnold Han. A week always pass by and I never get a call from Dr. Han’s office assistant. I have been trying to reschedule this appointment since July, have spoken with different people and am always told the same statement that someone will call me back. I also used the patient portal to try to communicate with someone and again all I hear someone will call me back. Sadly to say it seems that Dr. Arnold and his staffs don’t care about their patients. Unfortunately it seems that all they care is to bill your insurance and once they it seems you are deemed useless. I hope this review will reach Dr. Arnold and he becomes aware of what’s going on with his office personnel’s negligence if he’s not aware of it.
