Has first appt of morning, but very long wait. She spent about 5 minutes with me. Plus, every appointment takes months to even get.

Helpful and listened

I wasn't sure what to expect because I had bad experiences with other providers at this facility, but I was able to change providers after the others had left. Thankfully, Aroun Sakounphong, PA is so much better than two of the others I had seen. She listened and ordered testing as well as provided treatment for my issue. She also has a very pleasant demeanor.

Horrible

I did not enjoy my visit because I think she was rude and angry. I did not like how she talked to my son and how mean she was to him. She would tell him to look away because he was crying and she did not want him to see her in a rude loud voice. NOT understanding of his feelings trying to make him feel safe or comfortable. If you don't like children then don't work with them!!
