Dr. Arthur Fass, DPM

I WAS a new patient with Dr Fass. Visited his office on a scheduled appointment Oct 19, 2023. I had to wait approx 20 minutes past my scheduled time. Ok 1 off, I can understand that. Service was ok, not anything great. Had a follow-up appointment December. Waited 45 minutes and had to leave. As I had another appointment to be at. Get my insurance print out, it stated Dr Fass had stated I tested POSITIVE for nicotine and patient denies it. Are you serious? Yes I DENY it, as I don't SMOKE. I live with 2 people, one who is a chain smoker and the other is half a pack a day. We LIVE together! ?? I have a question Dr of Podiatry, what TEST did you give me to determine I smoked? Was it when you cut and grinded my big toe down? Why would a podiatrist report such of a thing? I hope and pray you didn't bill MY insurance for the December appointment, as I haven't gotten that paperwork yet. As I will be reporting that I waited for YOU and had to leave since you were so far behind! I definitely don't recommend Dr Fake er Fass to anyone. To many better choices out there with ethics! My opinion from my experience.

They only care about money. And no one here can explain the cost as they usually do at any other clinic

From the very beginning, everything went well, starting with the receptionist, to the vibe in the office" very interesting" very clean&neat. Secondly Dr. fass, couldn't have been a more engaging Dr. Mannerisms, really impressed me with high ethics", he genuinely seem to care about you life issues, and a plan to get you in a much better place. I am privileged when i meet doctors like him. Thank you...

Billed for excessive procedures (including unnecessary x-rays) and misrepresented costs to patient. Required unnecessary repeat visits due to poor scheduling. Had to wait up to 2 hours to be seen due to poor scheduling. Office is dingy. The only other patients I saw were extremely elderly and accompanied by caregivers (clearly not choosing the doctor on their own).

Dr. Fass is an amazing Podiatrist doing all he could to correct my foot problem without surgery, if at all possible. It was taken care of and the relief is unbelievable. I would and so recommend him all the time.

This was my first experience in Dr. Fass's office. His office staff are well-trained and super efficient. The waiting room is always full but I was taken in no more than 5 minutes after my actual appointment. Dr. Fass was never in a rush and spent the time with me that I needed. He performed a small surgery right in the office.

I visited Dr. Fass for an issue I had as a result of a broken toe which subsequently led to hip pain. Dr. Fass was instrumental in helping to diagnose my issue and clearly communicated a treatment plan. Prior to seeing Dr. Fass I was unable to walk/hike a mile. Within weeks of seeing Dr. Fass and following his treatment plan, I am back on my feet and walking/hiking more than 5 miles daily without pain. Thank you Dr. Fass! The staff is also awesome!

Dr Fass and his staff are GREAT! I've had many procedures done by Dr Fass! He is very professional and is able to always correct the problem! He is always available for you and to take care of the situation!

I would recommend Dr. Fass. He took great care of me and my foot and explained everything. I didn't feel rushed and he spent as much time with me as I needed. He has a good bedside manner which to me is very important and he took care of what I went there for.

Out of the many podiatrists I have visited, he was the worst. Extremely rude. Bad bedside manner. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone.
